Newcomer Phonics Practice -Alphabet, Short Vowels, Digraphs

Do you work with older newcomer students in upper elementary? Do they need an overview of basic phonics that includes vocabulary and is age appropriate? Then this set is just what you need.

There are 12 lessons included. Students learn on average 3 new sounds in each lesson. They practice phonemic awareness skills by identifying the beginning sound, read words, read sentences, and spell words. There are also letter tracing sheets included. A teacher's guide is also included.
