Picture Sequencing Cards

Included are picture cards in color and black and white for plant and animal life cycles along with a mat to place them in order. The plants and animals are:

Animal Life Cycle 1: butterfly, frog, ant, praying mantis, salmon, chicken

Animal Life Cycle 2: ladybug, spider, owl, penguin, bee, sea turtle

Plant Life Cycle 1: watermelon, pumpkin, apple, plant, sunflower, corn

Plant Life Cycle 2: tomato, cocoa plant, squash, green beans, coniferous tree, Jacaranda tree, cherry blossom

Arctic Animals: arctic fox, harp seal, puffin, reindeer, walrus, snowy owl, polar bear

Graphic Organizers

There are 3 levels of graphic organizers for each animal. One with the animals in order and a word bank, one where students cut out and place the animals in order with a word bank and one where students cut out and place the animals in order.

Questions and sentence starters are also included to guide students' conversations. There are writing pages for each life cycle. Perfect for ELL learners to practice oral language and writing skills.
